Management Companies
Expand your client base and access tools, resources, and information. CAI is your source to what is important in the community association field. Membership for managers in your company is not included with a Management Company membership. An individual Manager membership must be purchased. Annual membership dues are $460*.
Business Partners
Business Partner members include attorneys, accountants, insurance professionals, reserve providers, bankers/lenders, builder/developers, realtors, software providers, landscapers, roofers and many others. Annual membership dues are $625*.
Students
This membership is reserved for students enrolled in an accredited university or college and provides access to the latest industry information and resources to help prepare them for a future career. Visit the student membership page for more information. Annual membership dues are $35.
