CMA has an immediate opening for a full-time Community Association Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage a portfolio of multiple properties by advising their Board of Directors in the day-to-day operation of Homeowners’ and Condominium Association business.



  • Regular communication and follow-up with Board members.
  • Fiscal management (e.g., billings, contract renewals) and preparation of annual budget.
  • Prepare for and attend Association & Board meetings (evening meetings required).
  • Provide guidance to the Board of Directors for properties in accordance with bylaws and management contract.
  • Obtain and present vendor bids and proposals for Board consideration.
  • Perform general property inspections and report to the Board for further action.
  • Develop relationships with Board members, homeowners, vendors, and internal staff.


  • Effective, knowledgeable, and experienced HOA property manager (minimum 3 years).
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills a must.
  • Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of communications.
  • Well-organized with excellent follow-up skills.
  • Proficient computer skills, e.g., Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision.
  • Problem solving skills.
  • CMCA credential is a plus.
