CMA has an immediate opening for a full-time Community Association Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to manage a portfolio of multiple properties by advising their Board of Directors in the day-to-day operation of Homeowners’ and Condominium Association business.
Responsibilities:
- Regular communication and follow-up with Board members.
- Fiscal management (e.g., billings, contract renewals) and preparation of annual budget.
- Prepare for and attend Association & Board meetings (evening meetings required).
- Provide guidance to the Board of Directors for properties in accordance with bylaws and management contract.
- Obtain and present vendor bids and proposals for Board consideration.
- Perform general property inspections and report to the Board for further action.
- Develop relationships with Board members, homeowners, vendors, and internal staff.
Skills:
- Effective, knowledgeable, and experienced HOA property manager (minimum 3 years).
- Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills a must.
- Ability to multi-task and handle high volume of communications.
- Well-organized with excellent follow-up skills.
- Proficient computer skills, e.g., Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook.
- Ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Problem solving skills.
- CMCA credential is a plus.
