I started working with Community Property Management in November 2016. I came with one year of experience with another management company that was not affiliated  with CAI. I love to talk to people. I am not afraid to walk up to a stranger and start a conversation. I have spoken with several business partners that have not heard of CAI and had no idea how many management companies there were in St. Louis. I feel the more we talk about how much CAI has helped our business partners, community management companies, our boards, our owners and the managers, I believe our chapter will continue to grow. The Community Management field can be tough, you are never alone when you are part of an amazing organization like CAI. CAI offers amazing training and connects quality business partners with community managers and the board. If you take full advantage of the training that is offered and jump in with both feet, CAI will you become a better business partner, board member and community manager. I currently hold my CMCA and AMS designations through CAI. Joining the board is the next step to learn more about CAI and being part of making a difference in the our industry.
