COMMUNITY MANAGER MEMBER- At Large
As a Certified Manager of Community Associations, it is my professional privilege to provide guidance and oversight to the home associations within my portfolio. When excellent customer service is given, I believe that customer satisfaction is guaranteed, which is why I have sought to continue my education in this industry by seeking designations that bolster my performance. Through my long-standing membership with the Community Association Institute (CAI), I have also earned the title of Association Management Specialist. These classifications have helped me strengthen my knowledge in every facet of HOA management, something I pass on every day to my clients. I have personally managed large condominium projects, commercial developments, large and small single-family home associations, villa and townhome communities, and more. Whatever the unique needs of my clients--financial management, reserve studies, maintenance evaluations, contract bidding, budgeting, governing document creation, policy and procedures, I have honed the skill and experience necessary to lead their board to successful management.
On a personal note, I genuinely love working with boards and developers and am excited about the many changes this industry continually experiences. After graduating from the University of Kansas in 1999, I began my career in property management and immediately knew I had found my calling. HOA management is a job for most. For me, it is a passion. Getting to improve someone's experience of where they live is an honor. My goal is to be elected to the CAI Heartland Chapter Board of Directors with that I will focus on growing the membership in the Kansas City area and learning and sharing throughout the entire chapter.
