As a seasoned professional, Della’s commitment to excellence is underscored by her attainment of certifications, including the Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA), Association Management Specialist (AMS), and Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), earned through the Community Associations Institute.
A passionate advocate for the industry, Della is actively engaged in shaping legislative initiatives as a member of the Missouri Legislative Action Committee. 
Della is the co-owner of Missouri Association Management, LLC. (MAM) that was established in 2008 and has earned the designation as an Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC). This accreditation reflects not only the company’s dedication to staff development but also its relentless pursuit of industry best practices, ensuring unparalleled support for the communities it serves.
