Sakura Gardens Condo Association On-Site Community Manager

Sakura Gardens Condominium Association is seeking a full-time, on-site Community Association Manager for a 219-unit condominium community in South St. Louis County.
As the on-site manager, your duties would include, but are not limited to:
*Manage the day-to-day operations of the community
*Work at the direction of the Board of Directors and act as liaison between vendors, homeowners and staff
*Oversee and implement the administration of the association in accordance with the community’s governing documents
*Develop the community association budget and provide delivery of financial reports
*Review and monitor expenses, collection of assessments and delinquent accounts
*Enforce community rules and regulations
*Respond to questions and requests from residents
*Process work order requests for homeowners
*Coordinate and work with third party vendors dispatched to the property
*Attend monthly Board of Directors Meetings
Requirements:
· 2+ years Community Manager or Portfolio Manager experience preferred
· Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
· Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
· Knowledge and ability to apply state Statutes and Association document’s
· Experience with Condo Manager or other HOA Management software preferred
· Prior on-site or portfolio management experience
· Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing and exercise diplomacy
· Strong interpersonal skills necessary to effectively communicate with residents and staff members
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Commensurate with experience
Benefits: This position does not provide insurance, but does offer paid time off for vacation and sick days.
8 hour shift
Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 (Includes ½ hour lunch)
Education:
High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
Property Management: 2+ years (Required)
License/Certification: CMCA preferred
