Meet the Candidates

Rodney Wright, CMCA, AMS, PCAM

Rodney Wright founded HOA Management Services in Wichita Kansas in 2008. In 2022, Rodney expanded HOA Management Services into the Tulsa Oklahoma area.

Rodney volunteered and became the President. Through years of being involved with HOA’s, Rodney worked closely with attorneys, contractors, and residents of the community.

His years of experience gave him the knowledge to start HOA Management Services, effectively train his staff and manage Homeowner Associations just like yours.

In 2013, Rodney earned his Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA), and Association Manager Specialist (AMS) credentials through Community Association Institute (CAI).  Rodney earned CAI’s highest honor of Community Management, the Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM) credential in August of 2019. Rodney has also been awarded the Community Associations Institute, Heartland Chapter, Manager of the Year twice, in 2015 and 2020.

Rodney has served on the Missouri Legislative Committee since 2020.  He has been nominated to serve on the 2023 CAI Missouri Legislative Action Committee as well.
