Jim Ruebsam, CIRMS, EBP is a Senior Vice President at the Daniel & Henry Company, a US Top 100 insurance broker that has served business and personal clients in the Midwest and beyond since 1921. Jim has been a proud member of CAI for more than a decade and is currently the Vice President of the Board of Directors, a former President of the Board, and also serves on the Communications Committee. The Daniel & Henry Company is a CAI 2021 Diamond Sponsor, as well as a Corporate Hall of Fame Member and Contributing Member. The Daniel & Henry Company wrote its first community association client more than 70 years ago and today proudly serves hundreds of community associations across the Midwest. Jim lives in St. Louis and is married with three children and an extremely spoiled dog. When he’s not helping community association clients, he can be found doing anything outdoors—backpacking, fishing, hiking, floating, and more.
